Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with IVEMOCUTO. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our online store.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.
Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional periods, public holidays, or where an item requires additional preparation before dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where available.
New Zealand Shipping
For retail customer orders within New Zealand, we currently offer free standard shipping on eligible online orders.
Estimated delivery time within New Zealand is usually 2–3 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service used.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to selected countries and regions.
At this stage, most international orders may be shipped by sea freight or other economical shipping methods. This means international delivery can take significantly longer than local New Zealand delivery.
Estimated international delivery times will depend on the destination country, shipping method, customs processing, and other logistics factors.
As we continue to grow, we may arrange local warehousing or faster delivery options in selected countries. Where available, the estimated shipping time will be shown at checkout or on the relevant product page.
Shipping Costs
For retail customer orders, standard shipping costs may be included in the product price, and eligible orders may show free shipping at checkout.
For wholesale, bulk, trade, or business-to-business orders, shipping costs are not included unless expressly stated. Shipping fees for business orders will be quoted separately based on the order quantity, delivery location, shipping method, and any special handling requirements.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless expressly stated. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by the destination country.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or border processing.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and email address are correct before placing your order.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs, redelivery fees, return shipping fees, or delays.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@ivemocuto.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels
If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during delivery, please contact us at sales@ivemocuto.com with your order number and relevant details.
We will work with the courier or shipping provider to investigate the issue and assist where possible.
If the issue is caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be responsible for any additional costs.
Business, Wholesale and Bulk Orders
For business, wholesale, trade, or bulk orders, shipping terms, delivery methods, costs, and estimated delivery times will be discussed and confirmed separately before the order is finalised.
Large orders may require special freight arrangements and may not qualify for free standard shipping.
